AMIR has partnered with SEEP Network and Master Card Foundation to stimulate best practices in responsible and Inclusive Finance in the Rwanda microfinance industry and sub-Saharan region. Other partners in FE are: SBFIC, Care-Rwanda, Aflatoun, DFID, RABOBANK Foundation, and BIFSIR Project under UNCDF.

Since 2007, AMIR 32 founding members have reached 452 MFIs/SACCOs among them 3 micro finance banks, Limited companies and credit and savings cooperatives. AMIR provides technical and financial assistance to its Members whilst enhancing their professionalism.
