RICEM is collaborating with well-known experts out of the respective sectors and fields of working. They lead the training after close consultation with RICEM on content and methodologies. During the selection process, the trainers must prove that they not only have many years of experience. Rather it is ensured that the trainers have a wider range of methodological skills and are able to conduct practice-oriented lessons using many case studies. The evaluation of trainers is one of the most important components of our approach. This is the only way to ensure that the training has a high quality and a high degree of practical relevance for the respective jobs.
