Ariane Nayituliki is currently serving as the Dual Apprenticeship System Senior Advisor at German Sparkassenstiftung Eastern Africa (DSIK).

Her role is to coordinate the implementation of the Dual Apprenticeship System in the Rwandan Microfinance Sector in close collaboration with the local partner organizations to elaborate work plans related to the Dual Apprenticeship System and ensure their implementation, to support the Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives, Entrepreneurship and Microfinance (RICEM) in the development and update of curricular related to the Dual Apprenticeship System and their accreditation, to ensure that both classroom training and in-company training are implemented with high-quality standards, to enable key actors, such as classroom trainers, in-company trainers, and coordinators, to fulfill their role to contribute to a successful system implementation

She previously worked as a data collector and analyst for 3 different agriculture companies, later on, joined an international NGO as a data collector and analyst as well.

Her experience as a data collector, data analyst, and now as a Senior Advisor led her to the acquisition of several soft and hard skills such as organization skills, working hard, negotiation skills, coordination skills, developing training content, and many more.

Miss Ariane Nayituliki holds a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness and Rural Development from the University of Rwanda (UR), and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Mount Kenya University Rwanda (MKU), and she is studying to become a certified Microfinance Expert from Frankfurt School of Finance. She is fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda is her mother tongue.
