Venture37’s USAID funded Cooperative Development Activity4—CD4 in collaboration with the Rwanda Institute of Cooperatives ,Microfinance and Entrepreneurship (RICEM) Organized a first of a kind training seminar of cooperative leaders seminars in Rwanda, entitled "Cooperative Leadership Seminar"

The Cooperative Leadership Seminar was designed to equip Rwandan cooperative leaders with innovative leadership and managerial skills needed to transform their cooperatives into profitable and professional businesses.

Expected outcomes

.Cooperative leaders with advanced understanding of their leadership roles and responsibilities

.Cooperatives with clear vision, mission, goals, and objectives

.Action planning, budgeting and goals setting made possible in Rwandan cooperatives(participants of the seminar)

.Lessons sharing for tackling the negative impacts of COVID19 in cooperatives businesses

.Seminar participants issued certificates of attendance
