RICEM, in collaboration with RTI with support from USAID Rwanda, is thrilled to announce exciting developments in hospitality training programs, bringing innovation and empowerment to the forefront.

Our mission has always been to provide the best possible training for individuals seeking to excel in their careers. To achieve this, we held validation workshops with industry professionals, including chefs and leaders. Their valuable insights helped us refine our training modules in areas like Culinary Arts and Leadership, ensuring they meet the highest standards and are relevant to the real world.

We’ve taken these programs a step further by partnering with hospitality businesses. We introduced our training programs and collaborated with them to offer practical, on-the-job training for our participants. This bridges the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, allowing trainees to gain valuable hands-on skills.

Building on this momentum, we’re excited to announce the next phase of our collaboration – inclusive training programs specifically designed for youth ! By expanding access to training opportunities, we aim to foster a diverse and talented workforce in the ever-evolving hospitality industry.
