Currently serving as the President of the City Center of Transport Cooperative (as of March 2024). Mr GAHONGAYIRE Alphonse brings a wealth of leadership experience to the table. Throughout their career, he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and the ability to inspire and guide others.
His journey began with 6 years of experience at RDF (1994-2000) and RNP (2000-2006), where he honed valuable skills that laid the foundation for a successful leadership path.

This passion for leadership was evident in his roles at RFTC. As Secretary General (2011-2014), He ensured smooth operations and fostered clear communication, creating a strong and unified team. These leadership qualities further flourished during his tenure as Vice-Chairman (2015-2018), where he actively contributed to strategic decision-making that fueled RFTC’s growth.

Leveraging this extensive experience, Mr GAHONGAYIRE Alphonse transitioned to a strategic advisory role on the NCCR committee (2019-2023). In this role, he provided valuable insights and guided decision-making, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted leader.
